I did the same thing, i.e. "Phosban reactor" mine has 1/3 of the bag of zeo rocks.
What a PITA to shake that one !
So what i did.., i got a small vessel in the sump using MaxiJet p.head to pump water from the sump in to the vessell and overflow back to sump. I have zeo rocks in the plastic net from oranges attached to the plastic rod inside this small vessel.
makes it very easy to shake and flow can be adjusted using Phosban reactor valve.
I think this is ok because of the price of the zeo reactor and also no room in the small sump.
I would definitely get a proper reactor for larger system

My RSM is 82 gal total with the sump, etc so I use 1/2 a bag of zeovit in a phosban reactor. Shaking is easy with it hanging on the back of the tank. The hard thing is remembering to do it every day.

Drew, any update on your zeo? I just picked up a reactor and the rocks/basic three from Dennis today and I am going to start her up.

Greg,

Did you end up getting a Zeovit reactor or use a couple Phosban reactors?

I've been running Zeovit 8 weeks now and just added Sponge Power and Amino Acids to the basic three.

Id did get an actual Zeovit reactor. Golds had a decent price on the 1Litre, Denis said that the price had actually dropped a bit.

I'll have to check it out. I'm using a phosban reactor with 1/2 pack of zeovit and 200 ml of carbon in it. I had to split my carbon because there is only room for 1/2 of it in the phosban reactor.

I thought their smallest reactor was 1.5 litres. The 1 litre size might work better for me.
