That's what I thought you would say, just the only thing I worried about was basically going down in wattage and if you consider each piece in the pc, going down in bulb no. too. In any case I wanted opinions If you have more it is appreciated, then I don;t have to keep justifying the cost of the fixture

You can't really compare the number of watts to eachother when the bulbs are of different styles. 150w of NO isn't comparable to 150w of PC, which isn't comparable to 150W of T5s, which isn't comparable to 150w of MH. Different lights have different intensities. The wattage isn't an accurate way of comparing intensity. The same as watts per gallon isn't an accurate way of comparing intensity either. Too many variables.
