![]() Due to the dimensions of the closet below my tank and the lack of funds to purchase a large tank to use as a sump I decided to use rubbermaids for my sump this time around. Together they hold approx. 90 gallons. They're plumbed together using 2" shower drains for bulkheads and a section of 2" pipe. Everything seems to be working great, knock on wood. LOL

![]() It is tight to say the least. It was a real pain in the arse getting everything to fit and still leave access for maintenance.
I built a removable panel for accessing the filter sock and most of the structure, bracing and shelving is removable without taking out any screws. In all honesty I could probaby dismantle the entire thing within minutes, once the water was drained of course. LOL |
