Not to interfere, but why is it failing? Is the pump output reduced? Is the injector dirty? If it worked well once, it can probably be rehabbed.

I think I may have found the problem. I thought there was no water level adjustment on the exhaust pipe...guess it was just really stuck! finally got it raised...now it's looking a better, i'm going to let it run like this and see what i get.
