Default Thanks to Tony

Tony, you were right in waiting to host the meeting at your home. It was terrific.

It was great to see so many faces at the meeting. Some I knew and many that I did not.

Thanks also to Linda for putting up with us past 5 PM.

I would like to echo those sentiments. It has become a great group of very diverse people.

Yes Thanks Very much Tony and Linda.
I was Exceptionally happy to see such a wondeful turn out and such a large jump in the numbers since our first meeting a my house about a year ago.
Thanks All!

Tony & Linda, thanks for opening your home to us all. A good time ! A special thanks to your cat for dropping that bomb  while we viewed the "junk room" !
Evan & Bob, thanks for settin' me up with some new corals. And A.J. thanks so much for the "freebies". They all look awesome today !
"A diverse group of people..." ? Aside from you Bob I thought we were all quite similar. Some just have nicer hair...

Default That was great!

Thanks Tony and everyone for a great get together!
I think my highlights were
  • PC lighting tips from Kim
Pool sand substrate info from Bob
Interesting "sponsor a tank at the zoo"conversation with Tony
and some great examples for my "aquarium wishlist" negotiations with my wife (she doesn't know how lucky she is! I only have plans for two tanks!)

cheers all,

John

Thanks to all YOU guys for coming, and making it such a great meeting!!

I guess I just need a bigger basement now, so we can all have some elbow room for the next one ....

I felt it was a very productive get-together, and hope everyone else feels that way too. Some great ideas to pursue ....

(... Now, who knows someone at the zoo ?! )
