Since this posting, THE REEF SHOPPE has received several inquiries regarding GROUP ORDERS to reduce shipping fees.

Here is our LIVE Group Order criteria:

Shipping is FREE for LIVE Group Orders in excess of $200. Actual shipping fees will apply to all orders under a $200 total and equally split between participants; therefore, your preference should be a Group Order. Select in-stock small dry goods such as foods (i.e. Reef-Roids, Coral Frenzy, NEW LIFE SPECTRUM Marine Fish Formula, etc.) may be added to exceed a $200 value and receive FREE shipping.

One person per Group Order will be designated as the GROUP ORDER CONTACT. Each Group Order Contact is required to coordinate ordering between their group and THE REEF SHOPPE. Your order will be shipped to his/her address. This requires some coordination, so please do your part to make your Group Order as efficient as possible. We will work closely with each Group Contact to ensure that individual oders are accounted for and invoiced accordingly.

The GROUP ORDER CUT OFF will be by 12:00 PM (noon) MST, January 13/08. No additions or changes may be made past this point. All orders will be accounted for and paid accordingly. Each Group Order will be processed the following business day.

A GROUP ORDER LIST will be submitted to THE REEF SHOPPE prior to the Cut Off. The Group Contact will provide a complete order list for each person involved in the order. Individual contact information (Name, Address & Telephone Number) is a requirement.

GROUP ORDER CONTACTS will not take your orders or your payment. GROUP ORDER individuals must make contact with THE REEF SHOPPE for payment and advise as their Group Order Contact. Otherwise, the participant will be omitted from the Group Order. It is then the responsibility of each individual to report the ordered items to their Group Order Contact.

INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT to THE REEF SHOPPE is required prior to the cut-off date. At this time, we do not accept VISA payment. Our options include Email Money Transfer, PAYPAL, Certified Cheque or Money Order. If payment cannot be made with either of these options prior to the Cut Off, we suggest that you have an alternate person make your payment or stand down on this order.
