![]() You don't have an RO membrane? DI resin wears out real quick without an RO prefiltering the water for you. A tap water TDS of 195 is moderate. I don't see the need to run dual sediment filters. The dual carbon isn't such a bad choice though. Add an RO membrane before the DI and you should be good for quite some time (albeit you DO have a freakin 250 gallon tank!!).

![]() Sorry, should have included that. I have a 60 gal a day RO membrane thats only a year old. Could it be toast already?

![]() Yep. You're running a 250, I'd imagine you're going throug a lot of water. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised that your RO is done. Most people burn out their RO membranes in 8-18 months. What color is the resin in your DI?

![]() The resin is about half black so im assuming its got some life left. I guess I'll order a new membrane.
