UPS brokerage doesnt go by weight, it goes by Dollar value of goods. More pricey the goods, more brokerage. Had a front end shipped from Tn for my Trans Am, $10 stated value, 80" x7" x 28" box 38 Lbs no UPS brokerage. next week, a servo motor for my RC car, 2" x2" box, 1/16th Lb $250 value, $70 UPS brokerage. Shipping yes, but in regards to broklerage fees no, unless in the case of TwoPArtSolutions where they have negotiated a deal wth UPS.
