![]() I like the new aquascape..i bet your tangs are loving the extra space! I redid mine last week to give more space aswell..i'm not a big fan of the tank full of rocks to the top look. As long as there is about 1.5lbs of LR per g it will be enough to keep the tank stable. I personally think your tank would look even better than it does already with MH

![]() Thanks again! Yeah I really do like the look of halide lighting, with the shimmer and all. But I think if I went with it then I would be tempted just to redo my entire setup so I could keep some nicer sps. All in good time I guess!
Jason, I have no clue what type of chalice it is. I got it about 2 years ago out at OA, and I dont think I asked when I bought it. It was about half the size too..... has grown a bit. My neon goby likes to sit on it and the cave goby sits under it, hehe. Sometimes it puffs up huge like the brain coral. ![]() -Diana |

![]() Oh I forgot to ask how long you have had your red seastar? I had a blue 1 but it sadly died on me..not sure why..just wondering what you do to keep them happy. I heard they have a short life span maybe mine was already quite old.. still unsure of the cause.

![]() the blue linkia stars are difficult to feed, or at least their diet is uncertain and in an aquarium, most likely lacking. I have heard that you can manually feed them, but this is a chore.
The red stars supposivly last longer, but their diet is also largely uncertain.

![]() Hey Raf, any idea "what" you could feed a linckia? I heard that too, and tried, but I never could get mine to accept anything. Mine lasted for about a year and a half in the end.
