Catching a flame Angel?

Try a tiny size 22 fly fish hook baited with mysis. (get at any tackle store that sells fly tying material) and about 3 pound test line. Just remember to snip the barb off the hook with needle nose pliers first. Then use the pliers, or better hemostats, to grab the hook and turn it over so fish falls off. You never have to touch the fish.

I second the hook and line. Works like a charm! Just make sure you don't catch the other fish first!
