Greg/Tony:

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that tank still runs Zeovit. I was in there 2-3 weeks ago looking at the BK skimmer he had in the sump and noticed the Zeo Reactor. It *does* look like a super clean tank. Even the sides that have rock piled up against them are algae-free.

need a skimmer for zeovit to work right?

I was thinking of using on my little 24g nano in the works by putting it in a HOB filter. I'd reach in and toss/mix the filter sock daily. (same way one'd mix up the carbon sock weekly)

But I won't have a skimmer with the tank being small. Won't work, will it?

Don't know about the skimmer kwirky, but I'd defineately like to know if you can get away without the reactor so I'll give this a bump!

I would imagine that water changes will be your skimming right? So you can export all you need to through a water change. Zeo will work fine.
