Help, heater needed!

Somehow in the move I lost my heater. I need a new one, 50w, 100w, doesn't matter, I just need something that will work to heat up my make-up water in the basement, too cold down there w/o.
I need one with temp control, I don't trust or want to deal with the problems of the cheap "High/Lo"
And unfortunately I can't pick up too far away, pref around the surrey area or at least on "that side" of the water.
