sounds like a grounding issue, or that Reef_Raf did your wiring..
 seriously though unplug it untill some one who knows something about electrical can come take a look. Steve

Ballast trouble
Also check your light sockets, make sure they are not shorted.
Another way to check it, remove your bulbs from the socket and reset the breaker and see if it trips again. If it does than your ballast maybe the problem.
