I'd say that Royal Thai was delicious, but not as authentic, per se, as Thai Nongkhai. The latter was really really good. At least the one dish I had (laab naamtok)! |

Pretty authentic, but a bit more work than using the pre-made sauces. Recipes for the pastes are included, but as mentioned in the other thread, home made isn't better enough to warrant the extra time, usually. Next time I'm making my red coconut curry, I'll write down what I'm doing.
