From what you've said there is something happening with your water.
How old are your test kits? Sounds like there is phosphates, or possilbly amonia or high nitrates in your system. Are you using a refractometer, or hydrometer to measure your salinity? Keep going with the water changes. Ensure there is good ciruclation and oxygenation.
