JEBO 60" BLACK QUAD Compact Flourescent Fixture with two switches. Good condition except one of the blue atinics bulbs is burnt out (cheap)and there is no thin clear plastic bottom shield. I had to remove it to dissipate the heat; easy to replace if you need
