![]() I should correct myself. I do have a few species of damsels in my tank which are colorful and seem to be quite docile like the Yellow Tail Damsels. They were the first fish in my tank (used to cycle it) and they are still alive and doing well 2 years later. I have never seen them bother any other fish. However, most of the other 6 species of damsels in my tank are very aggressive.

![]() They never touched, and still don't touch, anything. I've had them with all sorts of LPS, SPS, and amost every type of clam. They've never nipped anything, they don't chastise or chase other fish, very fun fish, always out and about.

![]() These are the damsels I'm taking about, just so we're talking about the same thing:
http://www.peteducation.com/images/a...low_damsel.jpg or http://www.underwater.com.au/content...amsel_fiji.jpg One of mine, who I asume is either male or female has vertical brown-black bars on its dorsal fin. I'm sorry I can't find any good photos of it. |

![]() -yup that's exactly the one I'm talkin' about, the IDEAL reef fish, doesn't
disrupt reef tanks and set-ups, and is peaceful to other tank mates, and also hardy...works for me.
