Luckily I just Finished my First Aid Coarse. Specificly do you know what it is? When did it get in there? One specific thing you can do if the partical is lodged under an eyelid then use the upper or lower eye lids lashes to remove it (Pull the bottem or Top Lid over the bottem) Keep in mind though if its an abrasive material you should go to the doctor because the longer its in your eye the longer it will be damaging you.
