I would probably recommend water changes, but since your tank is new, I would just let it go a day or two and see what happens. |

![]() For dosage all I use is cycle and Purple up.

![]() Stop the purple up... That is what is causing the high ph. We used it for a short time and had nothing but grief with it. Are you testing for calcium and dkh?
I bet you find them both out of whack. You will still get the same corraline growth with a 2 part system and regularly testing your water to make sure that everything is in line. Craig |

What are you using to measure pH? Are you sure that it is reliable? If your tank inhabitants are not looking stressed I wouldn't sweat the pH too much. Sort of an overemphasized parameter IMO> |
