I wasn't really sure about that it was sort of planned when you weren't going to do the BBQ. Would you rather just do the BBQ/Frag swap on its own? We can do another dinner next month

I suppose the number of RSVPs you get provides the answer. For me, I'll pass on dinner on the 25th.
...but there's only a handful of people who indicate they are coming to my place on the 28th, so... I don't know.
