I just got back and then tang daddy came by to swap corals.
 When you say deflate do you mean flat as a pancake or it's contracted like in my avatar? When I moved up to my 120g the added depth was a problem for my 250w MH's to penetrate and my anemone started roaming. When I upgraded to 400w it hasn't moved and is fat and happy, that was a year ago.

Deflate would be flat as a pancake.Like your avatar would be would be prey capture or a sudden change in the environment,like maybe adding too cold of top off,or something spilled into the tank.

Don't anemones do this when they expel all the water they're holding in exchange for new water? I remember reading that this was normal.
