Thanks that helped. Judging by that info I am not going to go 36 wide.

If I went with a tank 8x30x24 that is essentially 3000 pounds all said and done. The weight per square foot based on 20 square feet is essentially 150 pounds per square foot.

The floor should hold that wouldn't it?

In all honestly as the tank I have right now is about 13.2 square feet at 2000 pounds the weight per square foot would be the same for the new tank.

oh... I have 4 tanks @ 8 x 24 x 24 right now.
