I have an out-of-town family member coming back for her annual visit that weekend so i'm may or may not be able to go. Its iffy right now but I am definitely very interested if I can free up a few hours.

I wish I could be there for this. I am planning to be out that way some time in Aug so if you're around and don't mind perhaps I could impose on you for a private tour then.
