I have been speaking to the Rep & there are some issues to handle  ,other than that it should be very soon .What whould be available @ the begging will be 1 x 54 W 2 X 54W & THE 39 W version willbe available later. I will keep you posted ,I am sure we will have packages including the ballast & the module. Regards Jason

Keep me in mind  I can get the Helios Quicktronics 0-10V here in PA, But they are special order ballasts, Don't figure , Anyway, if you can Pm Me or shoot me an email with specs and probable pricing , that would be great.

GHL can also supply you via theyre North American retailers the correct ballasts now, might be best option to get the right ones.
