![]() They are also a temperate species and most of the time you see them in tropical setups.

![]() I may be a bit off cuz I havent checked into it recently as I havent been importing fish for abit now..... But I believe that only juvinile leapord sharks under 36" are protected, anything over 36" is fair game but obviously hard to come by compared with catching baby sharks or pregnant females that are cut open for there developed babies.... Check into it more if you have an appropiate temperate setup..... I used to get them a few years back, legaly.
I know my buddy used to collect them for the local wholesalers down on fish row next to LAX |
