I have fragged frogspawn by just snapping off the heads.
it all depends on how much room between there is. some are much more compact than others. HTH. Neal

I just brake them apart by hand as well. If the heads are too close together, I'm not sure how to do it though.

Yes there is about 2 1/2" between heads so I will try to hand break them. Wish me luck !!!!

Okay, for clarity, don't put the dremel in the aquarium, you take the Frogspawn out, dry the skeleton a bit with a towel and then use the dremel to cut the skeleton.

I've fragged my frogspawn by accident before. I think they're one of the easiest corals to frag.

side cutters as far away from the heads as possible as the skeleton is very brittle and will shear off pieces... or remove it from your tank and use a dremmel... it'll be fine out of the water for a few minutes, then just epoxy them on to a piece of rock and you're done.
It's really easy |
