Thanks Christy . I had a Nikon Coolpix 4500 that was also terrific for macro shots . Unfortunately left it in a taxi in Thailand with all the holiday shots.
Maybe I will go the same route again with Nikon !

My camera captures alot of the "purple" from the lighting on that fish for some reason. Even when I turn the actinics off. Every other camera he's blue

He is blue in real life

Moved the tank to its new home last weekend. Its directly across from a window (as you can see ) so I guess I'll have to take photos on crappy weather days or at night.

Got rid of a few things, as per usual any re-aquascaping done by me reduces real estate

Alot of the corals lost color in the time after the move, I'm not really sure what this is due to ie. temp, lack of calcium reactor online etc. I just got the ozone set properly and the calcium reactor running this weekend so things shoudl perk up. One thing I did not envision "requiring" so soon was my chiller, apparently the room I have it in must have zero airflow and the tank was up to 82 degrees before I knew it and the room was a total sweatbox. Got the chiller running and the tank is a steady 78. Now to deal with the room temperature!!

I moved to a new house. Luckily I had lots of time to space the move over various weekends and had a whole weekend just for tank stuff

Whew even with fans going the room temp in here is 76.5. Time to get out the margaritas!

Don't worry too much Christy. If you happen to free up more real estate as you go, then you have free and unlimited fragging rights in my tank! After all you've done for me, "mi filón es su filón!"

edit: hmmm so much for babelfish "my reef is your reef"
