My grandmother smoked 2.5 packs a day for over 50 years and one day she just quit cold turkey and started putting that money everyday into a jar and then at the end of the week she takes out all the money and buys heroin she says it's a much better fix than nicotine ![]() Good luck in quitting it will be worth it later in life

![]() My wife and I quit smoking 6 1/2 years ago ( I smoked for 20+ years ) ... the first few weeks I could not get the thought of a cigarette out of my mind ALL DAY long ... then after a few months instead of thinking about it every few minutes it subsided to maybe hours ... then eventually days ... then months and finally no cravings at all
It was the most difficult challenge I have yet to face but it is definately worth it Stick to your guns ... you made the right decision to leave cigarettes in your past and you will enjoy the sense of taste and smell that will quickly return as a nice bonus not to mention adding years to your life ![]()
