Default Auto FW Top off Switch?

What does everyone use for the switch on their auto top off systems? I was at Princess Auto in Coquitlam this morning and they only have large ones for a basement sump.
Any suggestions or part numbers would be appreciated.

Doug

Hi Doug
Are you looking for a solinoid type switch or a simple float valve?
Kent makes both kinds and I know that Mike at Hidden Reef can get both. He has the simple float valves in stock now.

Thanks, I've got the float but I want the switch to turn on a powerhead/pump. I want to top off my FW at night and do it through a Kalk reactor, with the float I can't turn it on and off during the day.

I'll phone Mike, thanks for the advice.

Doug
