trochus snails are pyramid shaped, in fact I have a hard time telling the difference between astreas and trochus in photographs

No worries Colin, my confusion is that I didn't buy trochus snails, I bought astreas, or so I thought, and so did the person selling them....

They are mature astreas, I saw some trochus again today. I remember them and they are not the same shell shape as these.
