![]() I've been using ones I picked up from Ikea years ago. Nice balance and comfortable plus they keep an edge.

![]() I have to say for the money the Miracle Blade makes a good set of knives.They go thru fingers like butter and the doctor says the cut was "like a brand new razor".

![]() I worked as a Chef for years, So I've tried a tone of different knives.
In my kitchen at home you'll find Henckels and ChefMate's (I prefer my ChefMates) Those are Gorgeous knives, But I don't think I could justify them in a work kitchen let alone my home one.
