Johnstons Industrial Plastic I believe will cut flanges and whatnot for you. AT Plastics also does custom work IIRC. There are probably a lot more out there though.

Little bit of a ressurection, but GE Polymershapes will also do 'required cuts' when you do an order. Im sure they would cut something you already have too.
Theres also another place other than the two mentioned that we got something acrylic fixed at, I'll see if I can find out. Chris
