Man those are some freakin awesome coral, guys! I dug up one of my caulastrea photos that I took from about september'ish. Here is the mother colony.



and here is a close up of one of the heads.



It was originally a really nice blue, unfortunately it's taking a little bit too long to get it's brilliant colour back.

Not the closest of macros but it's what I've got of this one.


RIP. Xanthid crab got to it, it never recovered from the damage. Was one of my longest cared-for corals too, something like 6 years.

I would consider this as my centerpiece coral. Some people call them impossible to keep. Not I.
