Hi Jason

I started the ZEOvit system on Nov 11. My system runs at approx 380G and is about 4 years old. I decided to introduce the ZEOvit System on a slower start opting for the 60.0% start. Everything seems to be OK I am dosing on a 200G basis. My current dosing schedule is:

Zeobak 8 drops every 3 days
ZEOfood 8 drops every 3 days
ZEOstart 2ml in the morning and 2ml in the evening every day
Potassium Fluoride 6 drops every 3 days
Amino Acid 6 drops every 3 days

Hi TOM
What is your net water volume ,What kind of corals are you keeping?
Also please discontinue ,UV ,Ozone & Phosphate removal media use .
As for the start2 ,i think you are dosing a bit high ,It is 1ml per 100 gal of net water volume ,it is good that you are splitting the dose.

Hi Jason

My systems net water volume is approx 300G. I have a Mixed Reef.
With a few soft corals being Colts, Toadstools and Cabbage, a very large Frogspon, Galaxy, Torch and a very large Candy Cane and about 25 SPS ranging from frags to colonies. I also have a very large population Green Star Polup.

I quit using UV ,Ozone & Phosphate when I started the ZEOvit System.

I will adjust my dosing of the start2 to 1.5 ml x 2 per day.

Tom

Trying to get started from scratch here in Calgary, but seems to be lacking in all the products, including reactors. This is my fear of starting with this system and not having the supplies when in need.

The only lacking product IS reactors...

Truth be told, you can get the system started up by putting the media in a large mesh bag in the sump.
