each shroom is 0.027 lb. each rock depends on the size, the 1 lb ones are about one pound, the 3 lb ones - about 3 pounds...

Hi sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I'd be happy to pick up a piece of live rock at a local shop and trade for one covered with shrooms, just let me know how and when you'd like to arrange. After Christmas wuld be best for me but I can swing it this week if necessary.
