Default Cal, and cheap!

Hey all,

I never get around to going to AI, and I rarely order stuff, so I frequently run out of my supplements. I remember reading something about using Tums (or something like that) as a cal. supplement. Am I crazy, or is this true?

Thanks!

Tums have other things in them, like sugar. But you can find calcium(CaCO3) tablets at drugs stores that would work.
