As I know you all are aware of the goal of a group order is to share shipping costs and take advantange of the lower prices. In the past this is how I have seen group orders work well:
1) I think all who are interested ph J&L or Ocean Aquatic and see what the they have available that you want. 2) Everyone gets together at this forum and picks a date for delivery etc. 3) Everyone advises whoever is "heading it" up that they ordered and give then your name and a number you can be reached at in case of delivery delays and watch post here. 4) Everyone who orders is responsible to phone the supplier, order and pay for your order (say it's for the edmonton order under the name ??.) pickup is at the airport when it arrives (westjet cargo) (times and days vary) depending if shipper can get the live order on that flight.(needs heat) 5)All meet at pickup point and order is separated to each -it is all bagged and labeled with your invoice. 6) That's it! Go home and enjoy The tough part is getting a date that will work for all involved and ensuring what you want is in stock the live orders I have seen in the past are packed really well and in good shape from my experience. This is my 2 cents unfortunatly I am "not able" to head it this time but would order some small items and meet whereever for pick up. I'll keep an eye on the postings to see if its a go or not.

I cannot host this order because of the hours I work but would love some fish. I just did a dry good order and J&L wanted me to e-mail them a list with everyones name and what they want (stock confirmed by you in advance). Then after I send the e-mail you just call and give shipping info. Now if we are having trouble finding a host why don't we offer to pay for the hosts shipping as an incentive.

Ya J&L just e-mailed me back and they have what I want so we are gonna try for this Saturday so this is what I need from everyone. Call J&L to make sure they have what you want then pm me your full name and contact phone #. I will need this info by tommorow evening at the latest. After I recieve this I will e-mail J&L with all your lists once this is done I will post and then you can call J&L and give them billing info.
