I've got two cleaners and at least one peppermint in with a CBS.
Mind you, it's a 180g tank.

I have 2 Cleaner Shrimp in with my Coral Banded in my 65g hex....they were added after him....and they do OK but they maintain their distance from him most of the time
 He does seem fairly grouchy or just pretends well.

I had a peppermint shrimp, THEN added a coral banded shrimp. Well, the next day, my peppermint shrimp was pretty dead. *sigh*
Guess it just depends on the shrimp? Who knew.

I have never had any success in adding shrimp to my 230g tank that has 2 large coral banded shrimp. The longest a cleaner has lasted was about 6 weeks and peppermint about 2 weeks .............then they are dinner.
