agorocrete looks like cement, cures like cement, and comes with none of the bonuses all that microfauna hitch-hiking in on liverock give you.
It's just a big white hunk of nitrate factory. Maybe look into building a PVC structure to support liverock, if you're looking to cut down on the ammount of liverock needed. It takes like 4 months for that cement to cure... and it still looks like SURPRISE! cement!
