I would be very leary of setting up a tank with a big chip in the glass. Think of all the damage that could happen if that pane decided to let go. 200G is a lot of water. (I won't even get into the livestock once it is stocked. I'd be willing to bet the warranty on the tank would be void as well.

Not sure what you mean by fixing it as the only way to fix it would be to replace the entire pane that is chipped. If it is special order.... $$$ for the movers insurance company.
