Yes, those 'wall' timers control some of the outlets (for my lights). Those were Intermatic SS8 timers. I have since changed to different ones, because the Intermatic ones are mechanical, and I had 2 break down on me. When the second one went, I just changed all the remaining three as well.

I'm now using 4 x Leviton 6124H-W electrical timers (no moving parts = less chance of malfunction). Got them from HD. You can check it out on my site, click on Equipment > Lighting.
