90$ obo (bought for $135 off a canreefer in calgary but never set it up, now im looking to get a 60 gallon)

Here the tank right before i bought it, still setup.
 It was Nadeems from Calgary, it comes with a top, 2 by 2 base board, and 2 by 2 foam.

Im not sure if its tempered glass, how can i tell?
This tank was custom built, looks professional because its not messy at the seams, however this wasn't custom built for me so i don't know if it can be drilled. Is there anyway to tell?
As it is right now it is not drilled. The tank has black trim on the bottom and top. Clean no apparent scratches that i have seen.
