If you want to order sooner than it would take the Canadain stores to get it in,here a response on shipping to Canada from an other forum

anyone know if they are in at OA yet? I remember the news letter saying that they would be in on the week of the 9th.

Actually I just emailed readingtree's yesterday about shipping to canada...

50$/yr for regular bulk mail delivery, 65 for airmail (USD of course)

I believe they were in and sold out. But they may have more in now
