Any ideas on how to gather pics from the members? Just have them post on a thread? How do the other boards accumulate the pics of this idea?

sending the photo or the link for it to a certian member or mod who takes care of the contest would work but so would uploading them to a certian thread.
i also think a theme would be a good idea so people cant just raid thier old photo's every month.

I would think start a thread, give people a theme and a deadline to get pic's in. Then have someone add then and/or a voting button. Not sure how that works on this.

Thats pretty similar to what we were discussing tonight. I think something along those lines may work fine.
