Or they are just snail eggs of a different kind. Leave a patch of them alone for a while and they'll grow into something a bit more familiar.

I think I know what you are talking about. I would not worry about them. They are filter feeders. You will grow lots if you have a high nutrient system.

Default will they hatch?

I have the exact same thing on my glass. They appeared about two days ago. My tank is only about a month old now and has just completed its first cycle. As I am new at salt water tanks, I am wondering if anyone knows if they will infact hatch and provide me with additional snails in the future? Any feedback would be great
