Rents are high in Vancouver. Outer areas are better. Lots of jobs in trades and labourers. Pay very well too.

What a RIP

The 70w fixture ended up NOT being the one in his pictures, its not a fixture but a wooden POS box. The electronic ballast buzzes, and the lightbulb flickers.

I'll see if I have time tonight to snap a pic.

I'm going to re-wire the ballast in case that is causing the buzzing, maybe that will fix the bulb, and its definately going to need a new fixture.

if you paid with visa or paypal i would lodge a complaint against him. frankly the guy seems so shady im hardly suprised.

That is the one I THOUGHT I was getting, I will have to post a pic of the actual one, its a crappy wooden box with holes in it for no reason!!!!!
