Default centiped looking worm good or bad?

just wandering if these centiped looking worms are good or bad? i got a bunch of rock from this gut and they are covered in these worms, just wandering what to do before i add the rock to my tank.

Sounds like bristleworms. I hate them, because their bristles are very irritating if you get stuck by them accidentally. Google image search bristleworms & fireworms.

Many others like to have them as part of the cleanup crew/biodiversity.

Good and bad
But mostly good... I think the contribute as detrivourus cleaners and can get into spots that other beasties can't.... but the stinging part sux
