Not to rain on this post, but going from 90 gal to a 100 gal isnt probably going to help out. Now if you are saying a 180 well probably these fish get big. When i was down in Minnesota in the Summer i went to the Mall of America and saw the biggest puffer like yours probably 15" long and around 4-5 " fat in a 96" tank he was the boss..

Sorry, just to clarify Mike.. Paul's post says
"It is presently housed in a 90 gal tank but would need something larger than 100g to be fully happy" He didn't say it's going from 90g to 100g, or anything like that.
