They could possibly have been injected with colored dye.

It sounds like a common condy anemone. I agree that they usually dye them, or have at least been known to do that, but usually they will dye the anemone so that they are a vibrant pink or purple throughout. They wouldn't dye them a yellowish color to cover up the "ugly" white. I wouldn't worry, usually the anemone will turn brown from the waning of UV reflective pigments and or the increase in zooxanthellae trying to catch the weakly available light. This isn't the case. Just make sure its getting enough light and feed it once in a while just to keep it happy.
