What kind of clowns do you have? What do they have to host in? How big is your tank? Clowns can be kept singly, or in pairs, ime. Though, I always buy mine in pairs so they get the aggression thing out of the way pretty quickly and with less fuss than if I introduce one later. However, if you have to introduce a new clown, make sure it is much smaller, or at least smaller, than the one currently in your tank. Your clown may be lost somewhere in your tank. Do you have overflows or a sump? Could be in there. Could be on the floor, though I hope not. Could be hiding behind the rock structure in a cave, like my ocellaris sometimes do. What kind of predator inverts do you have, such as a sally lightfoot crab, large brittle stars, etc.? |

![]() I bought two at BA when i first started so i thing they were ocellaris ?? it was acting werid for a few days prior in the rock resting in the creveses and nooks and crannys , and no preds to take it out, so not sure the remaining one does not even go looking for it's freind anymore.So just looking what I should get. I torch ,xenia ,anomone fuzzy mushrooms,frogspawn etc small frags.
